phttcom Terms & Conditions – Rules That Protect You and Us

By accessing or using the phttcom platform — whether through the website at phttcom.org, the Android app, or the iOS app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any phttcom services. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all users of phttcom, including registered members and visitors browsing the platform without an account.

To register and use phttcom, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. phttcom strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are not accessing phttcom from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously had a phttcom account suspended or permanently closed for violating these terms.

phttcom uses KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to confirm user identity and age. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address at any point. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one phttcom account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering and when updating your account details. phttcom is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. phttcom will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

OTP and verification. Your account uses OTP (One-Time Password) verification for login and sensitive account actions. This is a security measure and cannot be disabled. Ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible.

All deposits on phttcom are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion and no foreign transaction fee applied by phttcom.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, GCash, and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change. Current options are shown on the Deposit page.

• Deposits are for your personal use only. Funding another player's account or acting as a payment intermediary is not permitted.
• phttcom does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit methods.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposited funds are held in your phttcom account balance and are available for gameplay once confirmed.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing time, contact our support team with your transaction reference for investigation.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) to verified Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must have completed KYC before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal destination account must be in the same name as your registered phttcom account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Bank transfers typically process within one to three banking days. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster.
• phttcom reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 7 for details on bonus terms.

All games on phttcom — including slots, live casino tables, eBingo rooms, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general terms. Game rules are accessible from within each game or room.

• Random outcomes. Casino games, slots, and eBingo use certified random number generation. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced. phttcom makes no guarantees of winnings.
• Technical errors. In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during gameplay, phttcom will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, affected bets may be refunded at phttcom's discretion.
• Bet confirmation. A bet is only confirmed when accepted and acknowledged by the phttcom system. Pending or unconfirmed bets that are not recorded due to a disconnection will not be honoured.
• Sports betting. Bets on sports events — including PBA, NBA, boxing, volleyball, football, and esports — are subject to the specific rules of each market. Settled results are final once confirmed by phttcom.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage will result in winnings being voided and the account being suspended.

phttcom may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to eligible users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another user.
• phttcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel a bonus offer at any time, including if abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

phttcom does not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or wagering multipliers on this page. Current promotional offers — if available — are communicated through your registered account. Do not rely on third-party sources for bonus information.

• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use phttcom for any illegal financial activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phttcom staff.

phttcom monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of prohibited conduct, including requesting supporting documentation before releasing funds.

phttcom may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if there is reason to believe these terms have been violated. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9, failure to complete KYC, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to gameplay will be restricted. Funds in the account will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, those funds may be forfeited.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phttcom support. Any remaining eligible balance will be processed through the normal withdrawal procedure after identity verification.

phttcom collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal information is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and — where you have consented — communications about platform updates and offers. phttcom does not sell your personal data to third parties.
